Our HG V Centenario is an exquisite coupage made with a selection of the best varieties and packaged in an exclusive limited edition bottle. The hints of green almond, banana and ripe tomato can be appreciated in a lower intensity, with light touches of freshly cut grass.
The palate has a fluid and fresh entry with highlights of floral notes, green banana and green almond. It is a fruity and quite astringent EVOO. The flavour persists in mouth leaving a very fresh aftertaste. Medium intensity spicy taste in a very elegant way. The bitterness is slightly less intense than the spiciness.
